  Tianjin Tangu Jinbin Valve has developed a new product,called “Emergency shut off valve”,which can shut off in 1 second.,it opens a new era for pipeline safety.

  Currently,domestic and abroad valve production for pipelines is relatively premitive,driven depend on modes like manual,electric,hydraulic etc.In case of leakage caused fire,people can not reach the scene,if the power for air,hydraulic device failed，the drive will not work

 .Our design concept is to start the device simply by weak signal to release gravitational potential energy not depend on mannual,electric,hydraulic any more.The

device is compatible with a variety of signal such as sensing telemetry signals,radio signals and many other signals and shut off in 1 second.

  The emergency shut off valve has three series.The series A is gate structure,opening control is similar to traditional gate valves.When set nornally open and lock used for emergency conditions,the system will go to automatically detect and guard status,and this time the valve gate is locked.When the order sent,the gate will go down in 1 second to finish the cut off procedure.It is the first chioce for tank bottom valve and hazardous chmicals pipeline Sub-regionsafety duty.

  Series B adopts off-set hemispherical sealing structure,the trajectory is 90 degree stroke.and operation similar with the traditional ball valve.When set in the normally open(normally closed) and locked for emergency danger prevention,system magnetic field supply the equipment enough potential energy to keep the trim locked steady.When the oder sent,the gate will go ni 1 second to cut off(or open)procedure.It is the first chioce for hazardous chemicals pipeline and city gas pipeline safety duty.

  Series C adopts butterfly disc seal structure,opening degree control is similar with the traditional butterfly valve.When set in the normally open(nomally closed) and locked for emergency danger prevention,system magnetic field supply the equipment enough potential energy to keep the trim locked steady.It is the first chioce for fire fighting pipe network and city water supply net work.
